🧠Admin Dashboard – NEON AI
Welcome, Admin! This dashboard gives you centralized access to all key modules for managing users, courses, quizzes, feedback, and more.
Main Dashboard Tiles (Quick Access)
- AI Agent: Launch and interact with the AI assistant for queries, support, and automation tasks.
- Question Bank: Create and manage questions. Organize them by type, difficulty, and skill set for future use in quizzes.
- Quiz Bank: Build quizzes by selecting questions from the Question Bank. You can also edit or view existing quizzes.
- Ongoing Course Progress: Track learner performance, quiz results, attendance, and course engagement.
- Messages: View platform notifications and messages from users or system alerts.
- My Groups
- The My Group feature helps connect people across the organization by allowing users to create public or private groups for collaboration and discussion. You can invite colleagues to join, share ideas, and stay connected, making teamwork and communication easier within the Neon AI platform.
- My Calendar: Easily view all your upcoming quizzes, training sessions, meetings, and important events in one place. My Calendar helps you stay organized and never miss a deadline on the Neon AI platform.
Ratings and Feedback Received: See what learners have shared about the courses, content, and teaching through ratings and written feedback. This helps to understand their experience and improve future sessions.
Note:- More widgets can be displayed on the dashboard and can be managed directly through the Widget Module by the admin.

- Talent LENSâ„¢: Gain clear, in-depth insights into course performance, quiz results, learner engagement, attendance, and key learning KPIs to track progress and effectiveness.
- Quick Connect: Quickly communicate with users, trainers, or groups through chat or notifications.
- Master Management: Easily manage key system-wide settings. Begin by configuring the financial year, then add departments, units, document categories, education levels, and behavioral points for an organized platform for smooth operations.
- User Management: Create users, assign roles and permissions, update user details, and control access rights.
- Upcoming Modules: Preview features and tools that are planned for future updates.
